Frequently Asked Questions

What type of tools do you repair?

We repair most types of tools including electric power tools, battery/cordless power tools and pressure washers.

Do you repair all brands of tools?

We repair all popular brands of tools, and many lesser-known brands as well. The best way to find out is to fill in the enquiry form above, then we’ll be able to give you a good idea as to what your repair options are.

Do you handle warranty repairs?

Yes, we carry out warranty repairs for most of the major tool brands. Supplying a proof of purchase is a requirement by manufacturers. An electronic version is fine.

What is the process for a non-warranty repair?

When you drop off your repair, we charge a non-refundable assessment fee to evaluate the problem, which is then deducted from the final cost if you proceed with the repair.

Assessment time and turnaround is dependent upon the type of equipment as well as our current workload and manufacturer’s supply of parts.

With so many variables and potential causes, we really need to assess each job before we can provide a cost.

Cordless and Handheld Tools

$40 (incl. GST)

circular saws, battery drills, jigsaws, routers, etc

Larger and Tabletop Equipment

Large and Petrol Equipment

Are your staff qualified?

Each technician is fully licensed and has upward of 30 years experience in the industry.

There’s not a lot we haven’t seen before, so if we can’t repair it, it probably can’t be repaired!
